Rather than simply drawing supply and demand zones all over the chart, I use a structured top-down process:

STEP 1: Carry out the daily analysis and identify important key levels.

STEP 2: Move onto the 15-minute timeframe and identify market structure and high-quality demand levels.

STEP 3: WAIT for price to return to an area I'm interested in.

STEP 4: Use price action and market structure to look for a potential trade entry.

I’ll also explain **what supply and demand levels are, how I find demand zones, which markets you can use them on and my number one tip for identifying better trading opportunities.**
